Depending on your plan, services may be covered fully or partially by your insurance or employee benefit plan. To ensure you understand your coverage, we recommend checking with your insurance provider and asking the following questions

• Am I covered for mental health services?

• What is my deductible, and have I met it yet?

• When will my deductible reset?

• What will my out-of-pocket costs be after insurance is applied?

• Is a referral from my primary care physician required?

Payment

We accept all major credit cards for payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you miss your scheduled appointment without notifying us at least 24 hours in advance, a $100 fee will be charged.
